In Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, Sri Krishnadevaraya university distance education first opened its doors in the year 1981. In 2000–2001, SKU launched Postgraduate programs, which led to the establishment of CDE. Candidates and applicants can currently select between undergraduate and graduate programs at SKU CDE. B.L.I.Sc and PGDCA programs are also available.
