Do you have questions about the name change policies of Southwest?

The Southwest Name Change Policy is made to facilitate name editing on the ticket process. Sometimes travellers may make minor mistakes while booking their tickets and end up with wrong or misspelt names. Southwest allows such passengers to make the required amendments to their tickets upto 3 letters free of cost if done within 24 hours of purchase. Middle names are not required, but if you have mentioned, it must be exactly the same as your other official documents in regard to the spelling.
