Absolute Mag™ Protein G Magnetic Particles, 100 nm (# WHM-X035) offer easy affinity isolation or handling of IgG without columns or centrifugation. The beads are uniform and superparamagnetic particles with a monolayer of recombinant protein G covalently coupled to the surface. These magnetic particles are pre-blocked by a layer of BSA before the coating of protein G with significantly low non-specific binding and high binding capacity.
