rsorder RuneScape gold: Overwhelmed
If you’re not prepared, you might take damage or get overwhelmed.

Preparation Before You Go

Even though the dungeon is low-level friendly, it does have aggressive monsters on RuneScape gold every floor. If you’re not prepared, you might take damage or get overwhelmed.

Minimum Recommended Gear:

Armor: Full iron or better. If you can’t afford it, even leather armor or nothing at all will work, but you’ll take more hits.

Weapon: Any weapon you’re comfortable with — iron scimitar or steel dagger are cheap options.

Food: Bring at least 10–15 pieces of food (trout, salmon, or even bread) to heal between fights.

Run Energy: Keep it high. You can avoid most combat just by running past monsters.

Inventory Tip:

Leave plenty of open slots for potential drops. While the main reward is the 10k coins, you may want to pick up items you find along the way.

How to Get There

From Varrock, walk west until you reach the Barbarian Village (you’ll pass the bridge with the two guards).

Look for a ladder in the center of the village, inside a fenced area. This is the entrance to the Stronghold of Security.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Level 1: The Vault of War

Theme: Basic account security.

Monsters: Goblins, Minotaurs (level 12+), Wolves.

Strategy: Run through the rooms, avoiding fights if possible.

Tip: To move between rooms, you’ll often see “Question Gates” — click them, answer correctly, and proceed.

When you reach the end of Level 1, you’ll find a chest containing 2,000 coins. This is your first chunk of gold.

Level 2: The Catacomb of Famine

Theme: More advanced security — spotting scams and fake websites.

Monsters: Flesh Crawlers (poison), Zombies, and some aggressive creatures.

Strategy: Flesh Crawlers have low max hits but can be annoying — keep food ready.

Tip: Always answer “Never tell anyone your password”–type answers to the quiz questions.

At the end of Level 2, you’ll find another chest with RuneScape gold for sale 3,000 coins. Now you’re at 5k total.
