Foam cement lightweight soil
Foam cement lightweight soil, is a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material containing a large number of closed air holes, which is formed through the foaming system of the bubble machine to fully foam the blowing agent mechanically, and mix the foam with the cement slurry uniformly, and then through the pumping system of the foaming machine for the in-situ casting construction or the mould mould shaping, and the natural maintenance. It belongs to the bubble-like insulation material, the prominent feature is the formation of closed foam holes inside the concrete, so that the concrete is lightweight and has thermal insulation.
Foam cement lightweight soil: its characteristics:
1) Lightweight: dry bulk density is 300- 1600 kg/m³, equivalent to about 1/5~1/8 of ordinary cement concrete, which can reduce the overall load of the building.
2) Integration: It can be poured and constructed on-site, closely combined with the main body, and does not need to leave boundary joints and ventilation pipes.
3) Low elasticity and shock absorption: The porous nature of Foamed Cement Lightweight Soil gives it a low modulus of elasticity, which makes it have good absorption and dispersion of impact loads.
4) Compressive strength: compressive strength is 0.6- 25.0MPA.
5) Water resistance: cast-in-place bubble mixed lightweight soil has low water absorption, relatively independent closed bubbles and good integrity, which makes it have certain waterproof performance.
6) Durability: same life span as the main project.
