Essentially, where you're situated on the planet will figure out where the Smooth Way will be overhead. In the northern side of the equator, the cosmic focus is noticeable in the southern portion of the sky while in the southern half of the globe, it very well may be situated straightforwardly above, especially in the pinnacle of the "Smooth Way Season" around the hour of the June Solstice. The majority of my photos are made in the Northern Half of the globe so the Cosmic focus never transcends the skyline.
